How I can see the ads USA living in a foreign country

I live in a European country. I can’t see in me searches in Google the ads that show in the USA if the Adwords Campaign Settings, option of show is limited

are you using the google.com.. or your google.fr or google.co.uk?

Change the?hl= to the country code you wish to view ads for.

I.E. For us it would be:
google.com/search?Hal=us

For Germany, it would be:
google.com/search?hl=de
