Hi all,

We have several keywords, that, despite bidding almost 2x the going rate, are still getting buried abour 3-4 pages in the rankings.

I'm assuming it's a quality score ranking.

We have a matching <title> tag, <h1> tag, and the page mostly consists of just a submit form.

Any tips for improving quality score? Does pagerank help?

Is the quality score determined automatically or by a human?
