Can you please post your phone number so that when I am logged into my campaign I can see it if I need to call you; preferably at the bottom of the page like on Overture/Yahoo.
Much appreciated.
There are many places you can find the Google Support number - My point is that THEIR website should be one of those places.
But after logging in it would be nice to actually be able to contact google witha phone number.
The point is that Google is 'hiding' their number on purpose. That doesn't send you the wrong message?
It isn't very hard for Google to post their support phone number for advertisers spending a certain monthly minimum. I don't get why people think it's my responsibility to remember their phone number like I am Rainman. I don't understand their reason for not posting it - I would like to see them post their phone number.
Yes in non-customer areas, but not in secure logged in sections for paying customers it's not common. There is a huge difference.
if its the latter i think there responsibly lies in porviding the best customer service they can, it all comes down to supply and demand, if they posted there number, even to a low number of customers, they demand would increase ( and with some of you already complaining about wait times is that a good idea? ) and as such they would have to increase there supply or be forced into giving a "shabbier" customer service, which isnt an option for google, so that means more money! and google didn't make itself the Internet juggnaught it is by ploughing funds into unnecessary staff, did it?
and if the first reason is why you want the number, well get help!
i guess what i am trying to say is, with some of its customers already feeling like googles customer service is letting them down, and with the pride google takes in it the quality of service it provides, i don't that publicizing the number, even to a small group of people will aid the situation, but maybe i am wrong!
We have our own rep. Must say though that communication is slow, after all he still has weekends and enjoys public holidays.
I think here is the challenge. When you are a true e-commerce company 24/7 rules apply. This does not go well with working economically and labor laws. However our revenues depend on support from google. They should address this.
