Analytics not working properly

I run a number of campaigns, spend a chunk of change with Google & still can't get my Analytics to work.

When I click on the Analytics tab I see that Receiving Data & Conversion Goals (1) both have a check next to them which I assume means that the system is receiving data however; when I click on View Reports & then select anything that would give me conversion data I get nothing.

I put the conversion coding on the pages I think that they're supposed to be on & I've called Google twice & get a run around; any suggestions?

Thanks,

Yes, dump ANALytics altogether, it is a bait to understand your store's most converting keywords and then hike prices on them.

Did you put the Google AdWords conversion codes on the conversion pages?

Or, did you put analytics across the site and then define the conversions in the conversions in the analytics setting page?
