And of course when I do get someone on the phone the first response is 'I haven't heard about any problems'.

Then I say go check with your tech team - 5 minutes go by
and Google rep comes back on the phone 'Yes our tech team is aware of this and are looking into it'.

It appears that all available Google CPU power is being used to raise my bids to $10.
