Anyone know if live chat is still a feature? I;v elooked a couple times today and noticed it wasn't up.
Soze, Chat is definitely still a feature. The chat option will only appear, however, if there are members of the chat team actually available. So it could be that you were checking outside of business hours, or that the entire chat team was already working with other advertisers.
