Adwords - ROI tracking?

I am just wondering is there is any way of tracking exacly what your return on investment is from an adwords account?

For example exactly how many of the visitors coming via adwords are purchasing a product, and how many are just leaving your site.

Depending on your exact requirements there are a number of different options, but a good place to start is Google's own Adwords conversion tracking:
