13 impressions for the first keyword (when I sort by impressions)
and, all the keywords combined, make like 30 impressions .... (this is for the first 4 hours of my first compaign ....
but it says 5772 Impr.
sorry if it's some known "bug" this is my encounter with adwords

My immediate thought was that those are content network impressions (look above the keyword list); but I don't think you can get content network impressions in 4 hours so I'm not sure...
