I'm using ppc for the first time and have set up my first campaign. Everything is active, keywords show up in advanced search, forecasts look good, I've started low as everyone seems to advise (0.50 daily budget, 0.06 max cpc)

I get no impressions at all!

I've tried increasing budgets to above what they recommend, tried hundreds of other keywords including ones they forecast a position of 1 and 30 clicks a day. Still nothing, nada, not a sausage!

Ive searched on my keywords a gazillion times to try to generate that illusive impression, no other sponsers have come up on some of them but nope, nothing. Don't they want my money?

Google help is as useful as a fort with no soldiers
and they don't respond to e-mails.

I thought maybe they take a few months to review it or something but they claim that it's live as soon as you pay and create your campaign.

can anyone help?

I've also had a similar problem. I have worked with other PPC engines and got good results. I started the first adwords campaign about 2 weeks back.

Researched and got the keywords, checked the landing page, wrote the copy based on landing page. I used to get good impressions, but not enough clicks. So I modified bids and rewrote ad copy. Now my problem is that I am not getting enough impressions also.

I checked using the Ads diagnostic tool to see if my ads are showing up for the keywords. It said that for some of the keywords, the ads are not showing up because of lower CTR. I modified the ad copy. I started with smaller bids earlier, but now I've increased them to upto $1.00 for few keywords.

But nothing seems to help. My mail to google is unanswered. And I desperately need some help.
