Is a Site-Targeted campaign active immediately after it's setup? My Site-Targeted campaign doesn't seem to generate any impressions nor clicks. Is there an approoval time? If yes how log is it and how I can accelarate the process?

dtracker, Site-Targeted campaigns, by definition, don't show on Google, where ads may run before being reviewed. Instead, they run on our content network - and in this network all ads do require review before appearing.

Time-to-review will vary with the volume of new and edited being ads submitted. If you feel that review has taken an unusually long time, you may want to consider contacting the AdWords support team.

Thx for your answer, I just think it takes way too much time to get this reviewed. Is there a way I can accelerate this process? We are an AdWords qualified agency, can we gain express agency support in this case?

Well just keep an eye out once your ad DOES start getting impressions. I have had a couple of bad experiences because I havent monitored my site targeted campaign closely. You might accrue impressions very fast once it starts.
