I am facing a very strange response from google adword program. I had created a compaign and a ads group in it. I created a ad and provided it
keywords. One of my keyword was "mynameisfurqan" and saved the keyword and system responded me that I need to give $.30 value for this keyword. As this keyword has no commercial value and no one else has used it in their advertisement then why its asking me to give it high cpc value.

There's no curse - you actually answered your own question there...

Gyberish keywords will require an initial high CPC because Google have no historical basis on which to forumulate the quality score for that keyword. As soon as you start getting clicks in line with expected parameters the price will come down. If you don't, then Google's initial concerns that the keyword may be of low quality will be confirmed and the price may remain high and possibily increase.

If this is the case then its ok. But how can we judge between the keywords with no historical data and keywords with really such a high value.

The keyword I mention in this message is not the correct but this was just an experiment. I actully found the same behaviour with good keywords as well.

The "biometrics clock" is one of them.
I observed various face CPC values for in this catagory.
