Hi Guys,

Short time reader, first time poster. I have been using AdWords for my company for about 2 years now and have been quite happy with it. In the past six months though we have had to increase our daily spend by 50% and then again recently by another 30%. This was mainly as in increase in competitors finding out about marvel of AdWords so we had to increase to hold our position but we also wanted to increase our traffic to the site.

This has happened with the # of clicks increasing by an average of 30-40% per day. What has not happened is our new enquiries and sales increasing anywhere near this amount. At first I thought our competitors may be clicking our adds to gain an advantage for themselves and have asked Google to look in to it. If this does not end up being the case, what are the best ways to change my end to ensure every click results in a sale?

Thank you for any help you can provide.
