Adwords Ad declined

dynamic keyword insertion

My new ad was recently declined with adwords. The only problem is that I do not understand what I did wrong and the link to learn more has nothing to do with dynamic keyword insertion. The same ad ran since the last Pubcon in Vegas last year.

My Ad title went as
{KeyWord: My Default Keyword}

Disapproved - View reason(s)
• Incorrect Keyword Insertion

I emailed Google but have not recieved a response yet.

I just got a response from Adwords.
There was a space after the colon which counted as a character and put my title over 25 characters.{KeyWord: My Default Keyword}

It is amazing they waited so long to pull the ad.
