i ask becuase my first account is not showing ads even though it showing as active in the last 6 hours no impressions it is a joke.
You are NOT allowed to display two ads at the same time on the same keywords.
You are required to notify Google that you have two accounts, so that they can cross-link them to prevent double-serving.
Reasons for having multiple accounts might vary - you might have reached some account limit (keywords, adgroups, etc.), you might want to keep different business activities seperate, etc.
