Is there a way to get a complete list of all tags that can be inserted into a URL?

the list i am aware of is:

{ifsearch}
{keyword}
{creative}
{placement}

if there are others, i would like to know; and it would be great if google would create more ;)

Does {placement} mean the rank of the ad at the time of the click?

Placement is used in site targeting campaigns only to let you know the referral.

I beleive all of the inserts are listed in this thread - at least the ones I regularly use.

I take a look through my notes and see if there are any others not mentioned.

I've not seen any consilidated place where all the paramaters are listed before.
