Ok so I'm trying to bid for 4 keywords, they have 1 to 0 competition ( ads ) it says i need at least 0.50 cents to trigger the ads for each of the 4 keywords, but since there is no competing ads will I still pay 0.50 cents for each click or the minimum which was 0.05 cents like before or it doesn't work like that anymore?
someone clear this up for me, thanks in advance.

Yes, that seems to be the way it works for "virgin" keywords.
The bid SHOULD come down after a few days. I'd go ahead and bid .50 and see what happens. Keep it on a short leash, but give it a shot.
