Are there any online tools to monitor PPC bids/position the way Yahoo does, their tools are excellent, Google must have something? I just cant find them.

If your talking about monitoring a certain position, then Google doesn't have anything for the reason that you can not buy a placement like you can on Yahoo. Google goes not only by your max CPC but also your CTR. You can actually pay less for a higher position if your CTR is very good.
