I have been running many campaigns over the last 6 months. THis week a campaign in the UK stopped. Nothing woudl restart it. So, I rebuilt in a new campaign and it bounced back -- 72 hrs later and $200 in lost sales -- but the contet ads are flat. Anybody know what that might be?

It is likely that your ads are being held for editorial review before being propagated out to the entire content network. I believe this is normal policy for new accounts.
If you have the same keywords and same ad copy (or similar) it is very likely that you will find yourself on the same content sites after the process is complete.
