Obviously, any keywords/ads which reference kids, children, boys, girls and a whole host of words that you'd never suspect fall into this category. For instance, a "Boy George" CD would likely have to wait, not because of the nature of Boy George, but because of the use of the word 'boy'.
Like I said, the list of words which are automatically flagged at ad entry/keyword entry time are long and sometimes words you'd never think to associate a nefarious meaning with.
In a nutshell, you'll never show on the Search Partner or Content Networks until your ad is looked at by a person. You may or may not show up on Google searches themselves from the get-go. It all depends on how the giant, brilliant algo interprets the meaning of your ad.
