well hey friends i use swedish currency " SEK "but it say daily max price 10 SEK then it says cost per click 5?
what is that? 5 sek or 5 bucks?!
its a great difference i cant beleive they dont say!

You didn't mention on what page you're seeing this, Billy_Blue - but I'd guess that you're seeing it in an AdWords account in which you have chosen to be billed in SEK. If this is the case, then all monetary amounts you'll see within the account will also be in SEK.
