Adwords down for me now

I'm seeing

"Thank you for your interest in advertising with Google. We apologize for any inconenience but the Adwords system is temporarily down for maintenance.

Please try again in a few minutes."

Anyone else seeing this?

Saw it for about 3 minutes then it all came back up.

Back to normal for a few minutes and then message appeared again.

Cleared cookies, logged in and now I'm in fine.
