New to Google PPC campaign

how to set a budget and manage PPC campaign

hi

i am a new beiw to SEO world as per my client request i have started their PPC campaign for their products of software of project colloborations,

Now there are two options in google to set budget
Budget Optimizer
Manualy budget

which one is best to use google optimizer tool for budget or to manage budget manualy....

now if i will go by optimizer than should i need to worrie about the budget setting for CPC,

or else how to set manualy budget as per targeted keywords and customers

.....pls help me in this connections and also ptovide some tips to manage PPC campign.....
