The 'Ask a specialist via chat' button will appear on AdWords Help Center pages, such as the contact form, when an AdWords specialist is available, so you may not see the button all of the time. Simply click the button to initiate a chat (no special software required). The first available representative will respond; we cannot guarantee you'll chat with the same person each time.
