Help, my adwords account has been stopped due to "billing issues". Last night, I received an email that stated my card could not be charged for whatever reason. I checked with my bank and found no issues, so I went over to Overture and added the same amount Google could not charge. OK, so a google issue, should be eay to fix. I change my card to 3 different cards and all state that my account was updated (charge $1 to my card) but my account never goes back to active. I still get the message that my account is inactive due to a billing issue with my last invoice. I have now been down for 24 hours, no reply from google, no phone number to call, $1,000 less revenue for google and much less for me. Anyone else run into something similar? What is the quickest way to get this resolved since they have basically no support? Any ideas would be appreciated.
