Thanks.
You can't put anything but text in the ads. At least for search. I don't know anything about display ads, which only run on content network. Maybe others can comment on that.
So, since there's no way to put anything other than text in the ad, there's no way you can have the user make any kind of selection before he gets to the landing page. That is, you can't put some buttons, drop-downs, or whatever in the ad.
You have to enter a specific URL into Adwords. Now, different ads can have different URLs, and you can even have different URLs associated with different keywords. But in any case, it's a definate URL that you set and that is that. (Unless you go in and change it.)
You're certainly free to have some options on the page that the user lands on. And can do whatever kind of dynamic page generation you'd like on your web server.
Oh.... wait... maybe THIS is what you are getting at...
Do you want to be able to go to a different URL depending on what the user typed in the Google search?
Sure, you can do that. Just make sure you have keywords that will match each option. Go into an ad group, and click on the button that says "Edit CPCs/URLs". You will be able to enter a different URL for each keyword.
The other option would be to use a more generic ad, and then use power posting:
keyword ** 0.05 ** URL
Is the type of solution you were looking for?
But the thing is I have given you an incorrect information, as I know that only text can be entered into ad.
But the problem is like this:
While setting the campaign and other things in adgroups, I will define a landing page for my keywords. But that landing page is having a search option wherein the end user can enter the information from the drop down and go to any page from the numerous page from a site, its a dynamic site. So in such a case how can I come to know whether that user is a converting customer to me or he went away from the landing page itself.
The number of clicks will be obtained easily from adwords but whether the conversion took place or not is what exactly I want to know and how should I go about it.
I think I have made my self more clear as compared to the previous post. sorry for the wrong information.
Thanks.

You need to either install a tracking and conversion system on your website, or else use an outside service.
Google Analytics is such a system, and is now free for Adwords users. From what I've read, I can't say it's gotten rave reviews, though. But it sounds like it might be just fine for what you are doing.
Basically, you will add some crumbs to your pages and to the purchase process, and they will be sent to a server (perhaps your own, perhaps some other server, depending on the system) for tracking. The crumbs might be cookies, "0 pixel" images, URL keywords, or some combination.
I don't have a need for this, so I'll leave it for others to suggest exactly what might be best.
This site is rather strict about mentioning product names, unless the product is Free As In Beer, so it's going to be tough for people to make specific suggestions.
Google Analytics is Free As In Beer, (to Adwords customers such as you) so I guess I won't get slapped. :)
If you are on a Unix/Linux Apache server, there should be a pretty good selection of Free As In Beer solutions.
There's a whole "Tracking & Logging" forum here on WebmasterWorld. I'd suggest starting there.
