recently openned adwords account gone!

after today's scheduled downtime i am now asked to open new account

So after this downtime i tried to login in to my new adwords account created recently by linking my adsense account. Now after this downtime, i am now asked again to open new adwords account. seems this downtime lost my account but strangly the ad for the keyword is still visible in search results.

I've noticed that when I go to log in to my recently-created AdWords account it asks if I meant to log in to my AdSense account and offers to sign me up for a new AdWords account.

The solution I've found is to go to the Google front page and sign in with my Google account, and then go to the AdWords page. It logs in straight away, then.

I'm running into the same glitch - It asks me if I meant to log into adsense - I then click on the Adwords logo and the second time it lets me log in.
