This morning I am seeing the #3 and #4 adwords showing only at the bottom of the serps. They aren't over on the right side. It is only showing for me on www.Google.ca When i try it on the normal google, it shows normal.

I've seen it once or twice on google.com as well.
They should really avoid running those at the bottom of the page for people that are returning more than 10 organic entries/page.
