After 20 days I have received a mail from adwords-charge@google.com that my adwords account not fit for their polies so they have suspended it

not for 1 time my ads displaying my 92$ credit going to hell
I have no other credit card.
what the hell google is googling with us

I m going to mad
all my hard work have gone to hell
please can anyone help me to reactive my account?
