CREDIT CARD IS OK.
NOW WHAT?
I CREATED NEW ACCOUNT AND IT IS 10 DAYs GONE. BUT STILL HELPLESS.

Have you emailed Google support? Have you tried the diagnostics tool?

a countless number of times :'( i have tried ad diagonastic tool which is unable to find my ad and i have sent countless emails to google but no reply
i m near to tear.

Hi jugnooonline,

I think you are to exited to start making money with adwords and skipped the part of understanding the Tutorials, lessons, rules and guidelines of adwords.

Google does not reply your mails prolly because you are sending mails about topics/questions that are already explained in FAQ's etc and simply ignore you for not want to get into these before asking for help all the time.
