Larger company wants to buy my Adwords account?

My campaigns sell their widgets so well, they want the sales

I have a campaign going for a few widgets for Large Company A. I have created so many conversions for Company A (through my own site, not theirs) that it's too time consuming for me to keep up with anymore.

However, it's creating so many sales for Company A, that I feel like they would want to buy my account, versus me just pausing it forever! (or until I had time to manage it).

I feel like right now, i'm running these campaigns for them anyway. THe profit i'm making off the conversions are so small if you add in all the maintence time i'm spending. If they ran the campaign from in house after a week or so of training they'd be making a fortune.

Has anyone ever been in this situation?
Does anyone have any recommendations for what I should do?

I dont want to run this account anymore, but i feel like this company still wants these sales!

If you are making them lots of cash and not getting much yourself maybe you should be politely asking about increasing your commission rate?

Another approach might be to lower your bids so the account could coast at a lower activity level. If you weren't pushing your margins so thin, would that reduce the stress of managing the account?
