Google charged my card.
But when i enter my login and password
it is written "We are unable to process your last payment. Please update"

I entered card again. Successfully updated.
But when i press "campain summary" link
it is written "We are unable to process your last payment. Please update"

Are they joking with me?

I called credit card company and they told my card was charged by Google.

Ads are stoped but card was charged.
Don't want to write to support cause i know it is the slowest support in the world.

Any suggestions?

I had same problem this morning and called Google right away. Within 45 minutes they were able to fix the problem. Even though they charged my card, the system still thought that i had not updated correct info. contact them right away via phone and they will be able to fix.

Definitely call right away when you notice something weird with the billing system. I have an ongoing horror story with regard to that.

I got involved in a snafu some years ago that resulted in my being banned from using my own name and email address in Google Adwords, even though they know perfectly well that I'm still using the system under a different name and email address (in fact, they suggested it) - all because they insisted that I refused a credit card charge and (they claim) a chargeback was issued. Apparently, once you refuse charge, you are banned for life (which I guess I understand) The problem was, as I told them repeatedly, I have never initiated a chargeback in my life, and wouldn't know how to do it if I wanted to. My credit card company attested to the fact that there was never any charge from Google NOR any chargeback, and was willing to put it in writing in a letter to Google, but the billing dept wouldn't accept that - said it wouldn't make a difference. (This was in the first year AdWords started up) I got the finance dept. of my company involved in endless negotiations with them - we even offered to pay the amount (which was like $50) AGAIN, just to get it taken care of, but THEY WOULDN'T TAKE THE MONEY - they just said I couldn't use the system anymore under my own name, I'd have to use my various client's names.

If that makes no sense to you, rest assured it makes even less to me. If they felt I really owed them the money, why wouldn't they take it? But yet they told me I could never use my own name or email address on an account anymore.
