Trademarked Words

Can't Use Toyota?

I tried to add the keyword "Toyota" in one of my ads today and it won't allow me to do so. Yet I search the keyphrase I want to use and others have used the same phrase in their ads?

Any ideas?

If it's a trademarked term then in some cases you need permission of the trademark holders afaik.

They probably have acquired permission.
