Now these are real phenomena, but I cannot understand why. For example, with no changes I moved from a 30-40% converson rate to a 10-12% conversion rate. My site has the precise same appeal that it had before 23rd, so I am perplexed.
But ad delivery slowed that day, and so did click throughs. CTR went from 2-3% down to 0.5% or worse. Same advert, same apparent appeal
Ideas anyone?
Regrettably they mistook my clearly stated "CTR" issues for "lack of Impressions", but it is a start.
However I am unamused (AWA and AWA2 please note) with the time between support email and initial reply:

I'll keep us all posted with the outcome.
From approximately the time this was handed to tech support yesterday our impressions dropped to zero. I suspect they are "looking at the problem".
Zero is not the most useful number I have ever found for impressions.
It is, of course, the weekend. I am now dead in the water until monday earliest.
