i'm trying to change my ad campaigns withough re-typing all of the ad groups and keywords, one by one, all over again. is there an easy way to recategorize ad campaigns and move the contents to other campaigns?

If you have a Google rep, have them download a "bulk sheet" - s spreadsheet of all your campaigns, ad groups, keywords, bids, etc.
Change the name of the campaign, then upload the new group.

I did not understand what is Google rep and how it would help to rearrange the ads.
