Card is valid and all the information is accurate. It's a company card that is used for our Commission Junction account, as well as a variety of other business purchases. Google was charging this card before as indicated by our statement records, yet all of a sudden, it just started to decline it.
As far as we know, there are no holds on the card against Google charges. Again, it worked before, so we're not sure why it won't take our money any more.
If this doesn't work - call Google and ask for the error number that's being sent to the card.
I find the most common reason Google declines cards is due to the CVV on AMEXs. For a while (and I've not had to test this recently), Google didn't want the AMEX validation code (which is the 4 digit on the front, not the 3 on the back like other cards). Often putting a card through without that verification caused a card to be properly charged.
