If your situation is one that is not covered, then it may be best to contact AdWords support, describe your situation, and ask what your options are. Based on the few details that you've provided here, I'd guess that multiple accounts would not be an option, however.

No multiple accounts is not an option the way we have it now. We set up an account for me as I am learning but the other account was still running. Now that I am becoming more comfortable the other account is being shut down.

I wanted to ask because I didnt want that other account taking away from my experimenting and learning curve by overriding my ads because they were for the same site with the same content.
