Advertising on Widgets tutorials.

So, I have a new campaign for Widgets Tutorials, I setup on 0.05, but adwords told me to put it $0.10, so I did.
Now, the ad had 1 impression, no click, and it tells me to increase the bid to $0.20, how on earth!?
I mean, commmon, are they testing the ad/keyword quality with one click?

I agree. When submitting a new keyword, try setting up more than one ad copy.

Also, try deviations of that keyword. Working from the keyword combos that have low impressions (widget + color + location) and working backwards.
