so i keep hearing about these keyword which r having 1 cent minimum ppc,

what are these keywords? are they the broad kind,
example "make money online" (around 70 ads)
or more specific ones like "forex trading" (around 30 ads)
or "hyip" (around 15 ads)

They seem to be in all sorts of areas and different tyoes. The real challenge is not so much finding where you can bid 1 cent but where you can actually get some good rankings at 1 cent.

As far as i can tell, if you bid less than 5 cents then your ads will not show - at least on the search network. It is totally confusing to me.

Looking over my keywords RE this today.

Seems to be for some longer, rarely searched terms. Certainly nothing that has more than one or two ads running.

That's my understanding. If know one is running ads, it will be cheap. Otherwise, you're out of luck. Not sure if it will effect the overall CPC, though.

Many of the 1 cent terms will be for keywords with HUGE search volumes that were always disabled, due to low CTR.

I played a little bit last night and my advice is to think broad, high volume keywords, you may be suprised.

I have a few 1 cent terms - they tend to be for keywords where you couldn't sell something to the visitor and thus less valuable.
