Ads change to max CPC of $.01 get no imps

Last night, I changed several of my adgroups to have a max cpc of $.01. I figured they would still perform ok since I am not selling anything on my website and hence the competition for the keywords isn't very high.

After I changed the CPCs, the impressions that I get now are either non-existant or slight.

I heard something about the system allowing you to change the CPCs, but the backend is not live yet. IS this true?

Also, when I went to change a max CPC to $.01 today, it wouldn't let me. It would appear that something was rolled out on Google's end, and then rolled back.

Don't think this thread really answers my question.

No mike , the new interface (not the system) was live for a few hours yesterday (monday) evening and it reverted back to the old interface shortly after that.
