I've got a $150 daily budget. Of which, I have spent a grand total of .80 over the past month for a little over 100 impressions. Most of the time when I do a search for this term, my ad does not show up.
The ad performs well and earns good money for me. I just can't get more impressions.
In fact, this happens to me quite often. Whenever I get a winner, I can't seem to get many impressions?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated......
People who have this problem are tempted to up either their Max cpc or daily budget, DO NOT DO BOTH TOGETHER.
I would suggest putting your Max CPC at the level you are comfortable with and setting your daily budget to something stupid such as 10 or 100 times what the estimator thinks. Often this helps.
It could be that there are just not that many searches for the terms but you can judge/check that easily enough.
Googd luck
I suggest changing your budget to $1000.00 (no matter what the budget tool suggests)...

tama, having answered a fair number of queries over the years from advertisers who were panicked because that they actually spent as much as their budget allowed for, I'd recommend against doing this.
At the very least, walk into it knowing that there is the potential to spend that much. And before doing so, I'd suggest contacting AdWords support and having them take a look at the account to see if they can offer you some advice particular to your situation.
It could be something as simple as that you make very frequent changes to the ad copy, which would prevent your ad from showing on sites other than Google. (Why? Well, ads must be reviewed and approved before being sent to either the search and/or content network - and changing ad copy sends your ad back to the review queue.) This can substantially impact your impressions.
