I'm sick of the login problem with Adwords!

1) Fix these login issues
2) Tell your account people about these issues so that when I call to complain they know what the heck I'm talking about.

Strange - I've never had any login problems, and I login to 4 accounts (mine and those of 3 clients) at least twice a day.

The usual fix for these types of problems are completely clearing out your history files and cookies, and perhaps a disk defrag.

The last login problem I had was repeatedly getting the 'chinese' login page for no apparent reason. I still knew where to type my username and password, and the account center was in english, so ::shrug::. But I haven't seen that problem in at least six months.

What problems are you having? Have you emailed Adwords support?

Sign up for "My Client Center" and save yourself some time. It is a much more efficient way of managing clients AdWords accounts. They have recently upgraded the tools and abilities for manager accounts which include the ability to manage billing data as well as other useful items.

That is quite an issue. I wonder how many people were intimidated by that screen and chose not to enter their login info.

I too suffer from terrible login problems at times. I have offices in different parts of Orange County (Southern California) and we experience problems like ssslllooowww logins, "your account changes were not processed", and "random error but G engineers notified" on a very regular basis. I wonder if it is because of the geo area we are in. I know it is a very popular IT area right now. Maybe the datacenters are not load balancing correctly, or, maybe there is some problems with the routes/companies our connections are through. Tough call, but I can say after hours of support requests and talking with engineers, I have learned to live with it.

Now, one tip of advise for those looking to solve many of these problems and gain the upper hand on el competitiono. "AW API"

I'm having a hard time login to my MCC account for the last two days. Have sent an email to Google but only got an auto reply. Strangly enough I have no problem logging in the separate sub-accounts. I guess it's the system maintenance, maybe for the upcoming new algo.
