Howard Stern appears to be suing Google over failure of their daily budget cap feature and wants all overbilling refunded.

I would assume this is a signifcant amount of money as Stern wouldn't waste time firing up the lawyers if this was just a few dollars variance.

He's just a regular average joe from NJ...not the famous Howard Stern...
