What are the payments options with Google? I have client that has a budget of 10 000 $ per month, however he wants to pay only on campaign delivery. I don’t want to finance the cost of the campaign. I was wondering if ther is way to make and arrangement with Google for this type of situation.

Unfortunatly not.
I was in a similar situation with a customer.
I said that I couldn't be responsible for the response as part of the success is related to the quality of their offering.
In the end I conviced the customer to started slowly (£1,200 pcm) and when he started making money he was only too happy to bump up the monthly fee to (£6,200 pcm).
Last month he made an extra £100,000 and hence the reason for his eagerness to increase his marketing spend.
