Im new to Adwords... I started 2 small campaigns about 8 hours ago and have noticed them appearing in test searches.
When I login to my account the stats are still sitting at 0 for impressions and 0 for clicks.
How often do they update the stats pages?

Officially the report delay is about 3 hours but sometimes it's faster and sometimes it's slower.
Right. And just to add one tiny bit of clarification, the stats are being continually updated - and run about three hours behind.
