False Clicks Being Reported

This afternoon my Adwords account is showing hundreds of clicks (unusually high numbers for these campaigns) that aren't showing up in my logs for the pages. I've paused the campaigns and emailed Google about it.

Has anyone else seen some false clicks showing up in their account numbers today?

Oppps. Never mind. I didn't notice that I left the my AdWords account setting on "last 7 days". I wish they would revert back to "today" after logging out.

Yep, for the newer advertisers on the Forum, this is a good time to mention that date range tool in Campaign Management pages has a 'sticky' setting, which means that stays where you put it, until you actively change it.

I highly recommend the practice of immediately checking the date range for which the stats are set, first thing, after logging in to one's account.

Also, if you ever contact support about an issue that revolves around a particular set of stats, for a particular date range, be sure to specify what that date range is in your email.
