No switches have been flipped so far fclark.

On the other hand, inferno (and hopefully others!) will be glad to hear that we are on track for release before too long. Nope, I don't have an exact date, though. ;) We'll be sending a notification via email, and I'll of course post in this Forum, as soon as we flip the switch.

I wanted to pass on some tips that one of the project managers sent me today. Some good stuff to think about while grooming your account.

Quoting:

Before Launch

* Review all of your 'on hold' keywords, set appropriate CPCs, and delete any that you do not want to run. Some of these keywords may begin running at launch.

* Review the daily budgets set in your accounts and ensure that they are set appropriately. If you currently are not spending up to your daily budget, it is possible that you will accrue additional traffic and costs when these changes go live because on hold keywords may become active.

After Launch

* Use conversion tracking to help track you ROI and determine the value of your keywords.

* Pull a Custom Report, which will show you the minimum bid for all of your keywords, to get an overall picture of the quality of the keywords in your account. Keywords with low minimum bids reflect a high Quality Score while those with higher minimum bids indicate that the Quality Score is low.

Seems like something is up with AdWords...can't log in....hangs for quite a bit, then receive the lovely message. "We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to process your request at this time. Our engineers have been notified of this problem and will work to resolve it. Please note that using your browser's back button in AdWords can increase the likelihood of errors. If you think this was the cause of your error, please try again without using the back button." I wish the customer service reps were so apologetic when they give me bad info.

AdSense was also hanging this morning. Seems they have a small problem. Undoubtedly it will be rectified shortly.

In order to see yesterday's report I had to stop the page load and try it again. It eventually loaded.

I just tried to get into AdWords and it hung. I gave up.

This is not an AdWords specific problem.
