Best way to contact Google UK

Can anybody tell me the best way to contact Google UK, as they seem to not offer a quick response to emails as will determine the success of an Adwords Campaign? It is vital for me to gain a rapid response to my enquiry.

My problem is based on the use of a trademark. I am running a campaign and Google does not allow me to use a selected trademark, I have requested an exception when setting up the as text as I have authority to use the trademark online however I have had no response and my ad does not show under they key word (trademark).

Any further help is much appreciated?

In the UK - [e-mail]. I always put my acc/client id in the subject line of all emails being sent to them. Good luck.
