ad groups simultaneous for the same keywords?

I,m trying put several groups of announcements for the same keywords (deactivating option google preference for ctr), and show random ads with the same text (note: before everything I prove 2 or 3 different announcements for work with the of best ctr)

for example:

group1 = blablablblabalbalbalal (keyword) http://www.example.com/promotion1.htm
group2 = the same text (the same keyword) http://www.example.com/promotion2.htm
group3 = the same text (the same keyword) http://www.example.com/promotion3.htm

Can This improve my ctr in a future when showing the same announcement but with a random promotion every time or on the contrary can cause that I will pay more with the groups of announcements(same text but different promotions or urls) that have minor ctr?
