I spend over $100k on google monthly and every month, I usually get back abut 5% of that in credit adjustments.. But lately in the past few months I haven't been getting any of it. Even though I know for sure I am getting fraudulent clicks. Anyone know what I can do?

Their are services and standalone software you can buy that track fraudulent clicks and take steps to deter them. They also provide you with a report you can send to Google and other engines to request a refund. Do a search for "click fraud". Google may also just be behind in their accounting.

Do you know of any free ones off hand?

No. They have to maintain servers and software, so it costs. It's like a proxy service. However, I think some of them offer free trials.
