Ok, some maintainance is underway - expected to be very short term. I have my fingers crossed for under a half hour, but don't quote me yet.

It's back up for me, but no Site Target feature yet for our acct. Hopefully everyone will get it soon. I am an AdSense publisher too, so I'm really interested in all the changes, updates, coming. Thanks.

GrantNZ, it actually is available now. Try going to this page:

[services.google.com...]

(You may have to past it in your browser.)

Once there (and after reading it, of course, heheh) go nearly to the bottom of the page and look for the "simple setup instructions" link. Basically, you have to first enable your account for Site Targeting, and then you're on your way.

Just a comment on Adwords from an Adsense publisher, me: my pageviews and clicks are today a six month+ low and not by a little, by a longshot. Average # of clicks per day, nearly 50 just this month (a lot higher before the Bourbon update squashed my traffic), today, SIX. Yes 6. That's a factor of 8-9. Meanwhile my average earning per click is 4-5 X my norm.
